Trellis earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Abilene Christian University. She has a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
As an educator and behavior therapist Trellis has been blessed with a rich diversity of experience. She has worked in domestic and international settings with children across the special needs spectrum aged newborn to 18 years old. She has served as a general education teacher, special education teacher, and special education administrator (as a Behavior Analyst) within the public school system. She has also served in the private sector as a Behavior Analyst within clinical and in-home settings.
